Who they are
Born in Haifa in 1963, he studied at the Hebron yeshiva in Jerusalem, helped found Degel HaTorah in 1988 and ran its national campaign headquarters, then covered Jerusalem and the Knesset for the daily Yated Ne'eman from 1991. He entered the Jerusalem city council in 2013, chairs Degel HaTorah in the city, and is a deputy and acting mayor, chairing the planning and building committee.
