Who they are
Tabaja was born in Carmiel to parents who came from Ethiopia in Operation Moses in 1984. She read criminology and government and took a master's in communications. She founded and runs the MTech innovation centre in Ashkelon, where she has lived for 13 years, and has built programmes there bringing adults and people with disabilities into advanced employment.
