Who they are

Mishriki was born in Jerusalem on 17 August 1984 into the city's Yemenite community. He learned at Talmud Torah Sanhedrin in Har Nof and at the Sha'arei Bina and Mir yeshivot, did national service and took a law degree. He ran Shas in Jerusalem, then served as personal aide to Aryeh Deri as interior minister from 2016. He entered the Knesset in January 2023 and has chaired its Health Committee since February 2026.
