Morgenstern qualified as a lawyer and became a legal analyst and presenter on the haredi radio station Kol Barama. He was elected to the Bnei Brak city council for Degel HaTorah in 2018 and holds the municipality's health portfolio. He lives in the city's Shikun Gimmel neighbourhood.
