Who they are

Kaadan is a paediatrician from Baqa al-Gharbiyye. He worked at Schneider Children’s Medical Center’s Neurology Institute by 2012 and has practised in Clalit clinics. He stood for the Knesset with Balad in 2022.

Positions and record

National identity: In September 2022, opposed political assimilation and called for preserving Palestinian national identity.

Discrimination: In June 2026, criticised incitement and discriminatory policies affecting Arab professionals.
